What do we do with your information? All information collected by the Red Rose Rock Shop is used for the sole purpose of doing business with you as our customer. We will never sell or share your information.

Will my credit card number be stored? No. For a potential thief they want those magic numbers - so we remove the temptation by simply not storing the information. This causes a slight inconvenience for return customers - you're going to have to enter in your credit card number every time you order from us - but we feel that keeping your information safe is worth the extra effort.

How do I know that my information (including credit card number) will get from my computer to your servers safely? We use a technology called Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure the safe travel of your information. All pages on which you are required to enter sensitive information (such as credit card info) utilize a special protocol that you can see yourself - if you look in the address bar, you'll notice that instead of starting with "http://", the address starts with "https://". When you arrive on a page using this special protocol, you will see a padlock icon - this means that your info is secure.
